Founded by former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, Sam Branson and Chelsea Clinton, the company is led by Co-Creative Directors Siobhan Sinnerton and Amy Flanagan together with CEO Johnny Webb.

Alex has spent the last 10 years working in Production Management across multiple genres. She has worked at various production companies including Blast! Films, The Garden & BBC Studios, working on a large number of UK and US high-end prime time documentaries.
She joined the HiddenLight team in February 2023 and is currently working as Production Manager on their high-end feature doc slate
Amy Flanagan
Creative Director and SVP Unscripted
Amy has worked in factual television for 25 years. Previous roles include the Head of the BBC Documentary Unit and, prior to that, Deputy Head of Factual at Channel 4. Whilst at C4, she commissioned a wide range of award-winning documentaries such as My Son the Jihadi , the Murder Detectives and The Romanians are Coming as well as subsequently long running series 24 Hours in Police Custody and Hunted.
Her own production credits include the BAFTA-winning Bedlam, Grenfell: the Untold Story and Feltham Sings as well as BAFTA-nominated documentaries such as Superkids: Breaking Away from Care, 24 Hours in A &E and Keeping Britain Alive.
Antonia Sanders
Executive Assistant
Antonia joined the HiddenLight team in 2022 as an Executive Assistant.
She has seven years of experience, having previously worked for both private and official family offices.
Brenda Robinson
Head of Film Finance and Inclusion Strategies
Brenda is an entertainment attorney and producer with extensive experience in the film, television and music industries.
Brenda was most recently a financier on the Academy Award-winning documentary Icarus as well as Won’t You Be My Neighbour and Step.
She has been an executive producer on the BAFTA nominated Passing, the Emmy nominated United Skates and the upcoming The Empire of Ebony.
Chelsea Clinton
Founder
Chelsea Clinton is an outspoken advocate for those who need it most. She uses her voice – and a lifetime of experience standing up to bullies – to defend issues of human rights, public health, the environment and climate change, and to combat the spread of misinformation, particularly online.
Throughout her life, Chelsea has been dedicated to supporting young people in their pursuits to change the world around them – first as first-daughter and now as a teacher, best-selling author, and mentor.
And, as a mom of three Chelsea is committed to doing everything she can to leave the world a better place for future generations to come.
Cherry Dorrett
Head of Impact and Production Executive
Over the last 25 years, Cherry has worked on numerous high-profile Emmy, BAFTA, Grierson and Academy Award winning dramas, documentaries, features and installations. Notable credits include Band of Brothers, The Hours, Natural World: The Batman of Mexico, H is for Hawk, Inside Nature’s Giants and 1983: The Brink of Apocalypse.
Her most recent work includes If I Could Tell You Just One Thing and In Her Hands.
David Pearce
Advisory Board
David has over 30 years of strategic, operational and financial experience, mainly at international creative businesses such as Lagardere Sports and Entertainment, BBH, Hit Entertainment, Sony Music, and EMI. He is a chartered accountant and an ABM for ScienceMagic.Inc.
Eleanor Keeffe
Company Production Manager
Eleanor has worked in Production Management since 2009, beginning her career in live television.
She has since worked across a range of genres including branded content, factual entertainment and most predominately documentaries.
Hillary Clinton

In every role she has ever held – as an advocate for women and kids, as an attorney, as First Lady, as Senator, as Secretary of State, and as the first woman in U.S. history to earn a major party’s presidential nomination – Hillary Clinton has defied convention and stood up for what she believes.
She knows more than most about setbacks – and comebacks. She has a fierce sense of gratitude for the women who have come before her, and those who inspire her today.
She is a mom and a proud grandma who is determined to make the world fairer and more equal for everyone.
Johnny Webb
Chief Executive Officer
Johnny is an Emmy award winning Executive Producer and creative leader. He has executive produced In Her Hands for Netflix, the 8 part series Gutsy for AppleTV+, the Webby nominated If I Could Tell You Just One Thing with Priyanka Chopra for YouTube Originals and produced the Feature Doc Don’t Look Down also for Netflix.
Johnny is passionate about criminal justice reform and has produced a collection of films about the death penalty under the deathpenaltyfail.org campaign.
Katharine Fish
Development Executive
Katharine has worked in unscripted development for 10 years, including at the BBC, Five Mile Films, Sundog Pictures and Double Act TV.
Liz Collier
Executive Producer
Liz is an award-winning executive producer with a background in feature documentaries and premium documentary series.
She co-produced the BAFTA winning feature documentary Gun No.6. and has produced some of the UK’s most acclaimed documentary series, including the BAFTA, RTS and Grierson nominated 24 Hours in Police Custody, BAFTA nominated Keeping Britain Alive and RTS winner 24 Hours in A&E.
Michaela Whittle
Office Admin Assistant
Michaela joined HiddenLight in October 2022 as an Office Admin Assistant. She now assists on Productions and Development as a Production Secretary.
Nicky Huggett
Head of Development
Nicky has been running development teams for over 12 years, at companies including Windfall Films, Rare Day and Sundog Pictures, working on factual programming for a wide range of global broadcasters.
She has also worked as a producer, specialising in documentaries – including the Channel 4 feature documentary The Murder Workers which was nominated for a Grierson and a Broadcast Award.
Ragaa Cheba
Assistant Management Accountant
Ragaa joined the HiddenLight team in 2021 as an Assistant Management Accountant. She has experience of working in Television, having previously worked for Sunset + Vine.
Sam Branson
Founder
Sam is passionate about the power of storytelling and getting to the truth of stories, whilst finding creative and emotive ways to bring these stories to life. He has over seven years’ experience in media, developing and producing stories from around the globe.
Sam’s drive comes from his desire to celebrate strong role models and to empower people to have a positive impact.He is passionate about biodiversity, the eco-system and protecting the natural world.
A loving son, husband and father of two, Sam believes in telling culturally authentic stories that will create a sense of hope and optimism, and therefore generate a better future for us all.
Siobhan Sinnerton
Creative Director and SVP Unscripted
Siobhan has many years of experience commissioning and making premium content across documentary, current affairs, feature docs and popular factual.
Her films and series have won numerous awards including Emmys, BAFTAs, RTS’s and Oscar nominations.
Tanicha Toro
Junior Development Researcher
Tanicha won a National Royal Television Society Student Award for her graduate documentary Under the Blanket in 2023.
Joining HiddenLight as part of the PACT scheme, she has worked as a researcher in Development. She also leads social media posts across channels.
Toby McCathie
Head Of Finance
Toby brings over 15 years of finance experience across a range of TV production and distribution businesses; these include Kew Media, betty, NBC and IMG. He also has 3 years’ experience of audit and assurance with BDO.
Vicki Bax
Director of Production and Operations
Vicki’s experience spans 17 years in production management. She was Head of Production at Blast! Films. There, she worked across a slate of over 100 different series in both the US and UK, including BAFTA and Grierson award-winning documentaries, feature films, current affairs, live shows and drama documentaries, with credits including 999: What’s Your Emergency, Jeremy Kyle Show: Death on Daytime, Liverpool Narcos and Gold Rush: Our Race to Olympic Glory.
